What is nepotism??

I want you all to read these two definitions:

Nepotism:

Using your power or influence to give unfair advantage to your family, especially by giving them jobs

                              And now 

Nepotism:

Using your power or influence to give advantage to your family, especially by giving them jobs

What was the difference ? Only the removal of word UNFAIR has changed the sentence completely 

Human's have the tendency to take what they like and ignore what they dislike..

following this human nature people today  have ignored the unfair word from the definition and just taken the rest by which the word nepotism and its definition has lost its meaning 

WHAT U HAVE TO UNDERSTAND ?

Today feminism and nepotism words are used and understood so wrongly by people..

WHAT IS THE MISUNDERSTANDING?

If the parent is a doctor and if the kid becomes one too doesn't mean he is what he is because of his parent..no profession is easy and in todays world all humans are the slave of their wishes,no kid can take up any profession without intrest blindly and every field today is tough and needs a lot of dedication time hardwork and INTEREST..

WHO IS A NEPOKID?

If a kid takes up his parents profession because he is forced to or because his parent can influence his profession and support him throughout without any of his effort then for sure at one point of his life HE WILL FAIL TERRIBLY in his work..then you can call him a nepokid..

BUT WHAT WE SHOULD UNDERSTAND...

If the kid is sincere about what he is doing and if his parents are supporting him BECAUSE OF HIS TALENT in that field then HE IS NOT A NEPO KID..

ITS JUST THAT HIS PARENT COULD INSPIRE HIM ENOUGH WITH THEIR OWN EXCELLENCE AND TODAY HE WANTS TO BECOME LIKE THEM

There is nothing wrong with his parents helping him move forward in life its just that he is fortunate enough and we cannot question fortunes but no matter how much support he gets or how much his parent favor him he will be him at the end of the day and THEN IF HE IS ALONE AND HE FAILS U CAN TAG HIM A NEPO KID NOT BEFORE THAT

A doctors son cannot perform a surgery only because his dad is a doctor without knowledge and a singer's son cannot become a singer by using his parents voice he definitely has to have that particular skill and after possessing the skill and talent if his parents support him to move ahead THAT'S NOT UNFAIR !

WHAT IS THE CONCLUSION:

A kid can do things only if he is talented in it and no one has the right to defame his hardwork and success just because he is influenced by his parent.

If a doctors kid becomes a murderer what do u call him? An antinepokid? We don't!!right??

every kid wants to become like their parents because they are the first ones he is inspired by and every parent would want their kid to either become better than them or atleats just like them and in this path if they are supporting their kid THEN THERE IS NOTHING WRONG.. so stop calling him a nepotism product and selling his success and hardwork with your useless words..

HE IS HERE BECAUSE HE DESERVES TO BE.

EVERY KID DOSENT HAVE TO ASK THE SOCIETY BRFORE HE GETS INSPIRED BY HIS PARENTS!
